A Thank You Goes a Long Way: Celebrating Catch Me at My Best

"It's the most wonderful time of the year..." Maybe not for everyone, but it definitely is for me!

Catch Me at My Best is Hilton's longest-running recognition program, and one of my favorite traditions each year. It's the only guest-facing recognition program, giving both guests and Team Members the opportunity to recognize those who go above and beyond to deliver on Hilton's Customer Promise and make it right for every guest, every hotel, every stay.

I've said it many times: I love a good thank-you card. One of the things I appreciate most about this program is that Hilton offers both a digital way to "catch" someone and printable recognition cards. That means I still get to send handwritten thank-you notes while also recognizing someone through Catch Me at My Best. It's the best of both worlds.
